Patrick Swanstrom, a former Compliance Officer with the OFCCP is the Principal of Affirmative Action Professionals and its Senior Consultant.

Mr. Swanstrom received his Bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and J.D. from Wayne State University where he graduated with honors. After law school Patrick received a competitive appointment to the United States Department of Labor through the Presidential Management Internship Program. Patrick has been a member of the Illinois State Bar since 1998.
